Ohio CAT Receives Prestigious Caterpillar 5-Star Rental Certification
In August 2015, representatives from Caterpillar’s Global Rental Group worked with our Cat Rental Store management team to conduct a comprehensive business review of our rental operations. This Rental Operations Certification is part of Caterpillar’s drive to provide a consistent, best-in-class rental experience for customers around the world. Most North American dealers have been through the review process, and ultimately, all 176 Cat dealers worldwide will be evaluated in the near future.
The Rental Operations Certification examined every part of our business. Our staff support team was instrumental in assisting with data requests and much time was spent by the Cat Rental Store staff in interviews, process examination and data evaluation of key business metrics.

We’re pleased to report that our Cat Rental Store team earned a prestigious 5-Star certification on the review process! This week, we traveled to Atlanta for the Cat Rental Summit, where we were presented with our certification award (pictured).
Congratulations to all of the Cat Rental Store employees. We’re proud of our team efforts and these results highlight the hard-work that goes on every day at our branch locations.
